How do I earn points?
You earn points by making purchases at participating merchants. Simply scan your QR code at checkout or have the merchant scan yours. Points are credited instantly to your account.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Go to the Rewards section in the app, browse available rewards, and tap "Redeem" on the one you want. Show the redemption code to the merchant to claim your reward.
I didn't receive my points after a purchase
Points may take a few minutes to appear. If they haven't appeared after 24 hours, contact the merchant directly or reach out to our support team with your transaction details.
How do I join a loyalty program?
You can join programs by scanning a merchant's QR code, visiting a merchant's join link, or browsing nearby merchants in the Explore tab and tapping "Join."
Can I use LoyalCircle at any store?
LoyalCircle works with participating merchants who have set up loyalty programs on our platform. Check the Explore or Nearby tabs to find participating stores near you.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
