LoyalCircle is a loyalty rewards platform that enables customers to earn and redeem points, stamps, and rewards at participating merchants. The Service includes a mobile application, website, and related features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Loyalty Points and Rewards

  • Points and rewards are earned and redeemed according to each merchant's program rules.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
  • Merchants may modify their programs, including point values and reward availability, at any time.
  • LoyalCircle is not responsible for the availability, quality, or fulfillment of merchant rewards.
  • Unused points may expire according to individual program rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Manipulate or abuse the loyalty point system
  • Create fake accounts or transactions
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LoyalCircle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, merchants, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoyalCircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
